US Domestic Returns
If your delivery address is in the US, please do not use your own shipping label when returning an item. To ensure your return is properly tracked and processed, you must use the prepaid return label provided by our team.
We’re unable to guarantee receipt or issue a refund for returns sent without an official prepaid return label, and we aren’t responsible for any lost or missing packages shipped this way.
International Returns
We do not provide prepaid labels for international orders. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process.
